Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) launched several multi-story and independent house schemes. These schemes aim to address the increasing demand for housing in Rajasthan due to urbanization and migration. Applications are open for 427 houses, including 240 multi-story flats and 187 independent houses.
Cities in Scheme:-:
The schemes are being implemented in various locations across Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur.
Target groups:
The schemes cater to different income groups, including EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), LIG (Low Income Group), MIG (Middle Income Group), and HIG (High Income Group).
Specific examples:
In Jaipur, 80 flats will be built in Ganga Apartment for the HIG, and 160 flats in Nature Homes’ Gulmohar for the HIG.
In Baran’s Gajanpura Aawasiya Yojna, 52 houses will be constructed for various income groups.
Application deadlines:
Applications for these schemes starts from 12th May 2025 and can apply until June 12, 2025.
